By becoming resident at Leaders Land, you will explore your personal leadership patterns, identify influences that shape your leadership style and discover your source of personal power. We do that by:

  • Illuminate your relating patterns with your team and your superiors

  • Develop your Leadership coaching persona

  • Self assessment to identify protective patterns (imposter syndrome, self critic)

  • Practice assertive and inspiring communication style in meetings and presentations

  • Study the art of Influencing your peers, teams and superiors

  • Identify clear career path and support system

Your commitment

You are dedicating valuable resources to your leadership growth. We would like to ensure you can committee wholeheartedly to the process in order to maximize your learning experience. Every week you will receive an email with content and schedule for the week. Please plan for the for:

  • 1 hour a week reading, doing case study including self coaching exercise and self reflection

  • Total three x 1 hours peer coaching meetings (in pairs ) across 6 weeks

  • Total three x 1 hour group coaching meets (group of max 6 ). Usually 1 hour meet every other week

  • Follow our Code of Ethics (displayed on this page)

Leaders Land was created to offer safe space for leaders to build on their strengths. We understand leadership can be at times lonely and exhausting. It is important for you to take step back, explore and practice in a safe space with likeminded professionals developing the best leadership version of yourself. We commit to:

Leadership Presence - 6 weeks online journey-

Community formats are organized to provide mutual support for growth, enhance leadership potential, and expand the growth experience. We form groups of no more than 6 participants based on similar professional backgrounds. We generally organize groups around people who identify as juniors, seniors, or C-levels as well as entrepreneurs. Each group is supported with group coaching, individual exercises, storytelling, reading content, reflection exercises, and peer group sessions selected by a coach or facilitator. We also stay in touch via a shared online space where we can always ask questions and get wisdom from the group. Content is moderated. We meet as a group every two weeks for 1 hour every other week- online Zoom. The schedule is set ahead of the start.

Code of Ethics

Leaders Land is a learning space designed to nurture growth. We are operating across cultures and we value differences. In order to preserve our learning space we follow a strict ethical code of conduct. This community is not for you if the codecs are difficult to comprehend and/or you do not have a genuine desire to learn and support yourself and others in their learning. We navigate our experience and relationships around the following guiding principles: - I take responsibility for my experience. - I experiment with expanding my boundaries and comfort zone. - I stay curious even in difficult situations. - If I find myself making judgments and try to replace them with curiosity. - I respect differences, even those that are far beyond my current understanding. I assume that other people's interventions are well-intentioned - I actively use four types of knowledge: cognitive, emotional, intuitive, and embodied. - I am considerate, open, and honest with others. - Build horizontal relationships based on mutual respect and equality. - I am confidential and bound by confidentiality. Do not share confidential information learned within the group with the outside world. - When bringing in personal situations from the outside world, speak with respect and tolerance to those who are not there.
