By becoming resident at Leaders Land, you will explore your personal dynamics, identify influences that shape your unique leadership story and discover your source of personal power. We do that by:

  • Exploring transgenerational influence to your ability to lead today

  • Exploring systems you belong to and your unique place in them

  • Meet your inner critique and understand imposter syndrome phenomena

  • Peel layers of limiting beliefs around your ability to lead

Your commitment

You are dedicating valuable resources to your leadership growth. We would like to ensure you can committee wholeheartedly to the process in order to maximize your learning experience. Every week you will receive an email with content and schedule for the week. Please plan for the for:

  • 1 hour a week reading or watching videos including self coaching exercise and self reflection

  • Total three x 1 hours peer coaching meetings (in pairs ) across 8 weeks

  • Total three x 1 hour group coaching meets (group of max 6 ). Usually 1 hour meet every other week
